Permalink   Hey ho Just a quicky At Bree, the Nazgul persuade their agents, or themselves attack a room at the Prancing Pony. Why when it became evident that their prey eluded them, did they back off ? Fat men and rolly polly hobitts aren't a match for big scary Nazgul! __________________ Love Light and Peace

They could hear the horns and bells even in Bree. Nor may the attackers at the Prancing Pony have had time to search every room before daybreak come and they would be.....weaker? Killing innocent folks would only slow them down on their main objective, and it would blow away their cover of secrecy. __________________
