Tolkien Documentary

Hello friends,

I found a documentary that was recently posted on Youtube in three parts.  It was originally released sometime before the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy came out.

Oddly enough it was hosted by Graham McTavish who plays Dwalin in the new Hobbit movies, so it's pretty funny to see Dwalin mispronounce all the names we all now know how to pronounce....

The documentary is basically an over view of each book with interviews from other writers and publishers, including original publisher Allen & Unwin and his children John and the daughter (forget her name right now).  It's an interesting in-depth look at the things which helped shape Middle-Earth as well as a fine look from many writer's points of view of the devices and archetypes Tolkien used in his writings...

Give it a look-see when the time presents itself.

I guess it would be nice to hear, but it takes almost an hour. But I guess if you have the time, it would be worth it.
Thanks for sharing with us Jaido
